Made from 7075-T6 for the boomerang & 6061-T6 for the other parts, this chainguide is 100% CNC machined.
During the design, we preferred not to use plastics; too difficult to place in the recycling sector, even if this material would have allowed us to gain in weight and in lower manufacturing costs.
This chainguide integrates the bashguard to its boomerang, in one single piece.
The chain tension is made through the 7075-T6 aluminum pulley, mounted on sealed bearing.
